You can use the options below to manage the behaviour records of students who have been marked off-roll and therefore have left the school.
Warning: All of the actions on this page are permanent and cannot be undone!
Option 1: Redact Information
Students who have been marked "off-roll" will have their data and associated behaviour records anonymised.
The following fields will be redacted:
Student Firstname
Student Surname
Date Of Birth
Comments within their behaviour records will be removed. (They might include a reference to the student's name or other identifyable information).
Any "custom" fields imported for the student will be deleted for example: "free school meals", "ethnicity".
NOTE: The students admission number cannot currently be redacted - if this is unacceptable, use the method below.
Confirm Redact Information?
This process cannot be reversed!
You are about to redact any identifying information of students who have been marked "off-roll" in the system. Their behaviour records will remain, but you won't be able to identify the student anymore.
Are you sure you want to continue?
This process may take some time depending on the number of records to process.
Option 2: Permenantly Delete Records
Students who have been marked "off-roll" will have all their data deleted, including any behaviour records linked to them. It's important to consider you won't be able to compare the number of reported incidents in previous years if you use this option.
Confirm Delete?
This process cannot be reversed!
You are about to delete all students who have been marked as "off-roll" from the Behaviour System along with their coresponding behaviour records.
Are you sure you want to continue?
This process may take some time depending on the number of records to delete.
